1. Cignizant of the fact that Sierra Leone economy urgently needs to be revamped with tenacious and determined vigour. Solutions: acknowledge that you have economic and social problems. And how do you solve these problems with limited resources? firstly, know your assets and liabilities. Secondly, prioties programs and projects. Thirdly, implement solutions thus found.

   Fourthly, benchmark or draw the line to solutions implemented. Fithly, institute a policy of continuous incremental improvement, making sure that solutions found are working; and if not – review and implement again. And how often? you may ask. Quarterly, ie: three months, bi-annualy ie: every six months and annually, every twelve months. Thanks for reading and watching, God bless
