In light of the recent award of $480 million Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) grant funding to the government of Sierra Leone, the country’s former Attorney General and Head of Anti-Corruption Commission – Joseph Fitzgerald Kamara, widely known as JFK, has emerged as a prominent advocate for stringent oversight and accountability in the implementation of the US grant.
